About the beta

PharmaPulse is provided by Hashbyte Technologies for beta testing of customer enquiry and conversation management. Features may change or be unavailable. Beta access does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, sales outcomes or Meta approval.

Your workspace and responsibilities

Use the service only for business information and accounts you are authorized to manage. Protect login credentials, assign suitable team permissions and provide accurate company information. Do not use the service for unlawful activity, unsolicited messaging or access to another business’s data without authorization.

WhatsApp and connected accounts

Clients are responsible for obtaining the permissions needed to contact recipients. Meta controls account eligibility, templates, messaging limits and applicable charges. Connecting Facebook alone does not guarantee WhatsApp access. Third-party services remain subject to their own terms.

AI-assisted features

AI features are optional and can produce inaccurate responses. Clients should maintain appropriate company knowledge, review outputs and arrange human oversight. The service is for business communication and is not a source of medical advice.

Ending access and data requests

Contact Hashbyte Technologies to discuss beta access, ending your participation or deleting stored data. Removing a connection stops that integration’s use within the portal but does not itself delete conversation history. See the privacy notice and deletion instructions for more information.
