Who operates this service

Hashbyte Technologies operates PharmaPulse, a SaaS product currently in development and beta testing. This notice explains how information is used in the service.

Information processed

The service processes account names and email addresses, workspace and company information, customer contact details, enquiries, notes, follow-ups and uploaded business knowledge. Connected WhatsApp features process authorized business account and phone identifiers, access credentials, conversation messages, message delivery statuses and consent records. Operational records may include request, security and audit information.

Why this information is used

Information supports sign-in, workspace access, lead management, message delivery, conversation history, follow-ups, integration diagnostics and support. Access credentials enable connections the client authorizes. PharmaPulse does not ask clients to enter their Facebook password into the portal; authorization happens through Meta.

Connected services and optional AI

WhatsApp messages and connection information are exchanged with Meta to operate the authorized integration. Hosting and other configured service providers process information needed to deliver the service. When AI features are used, relevant conversation or lead information and company knowledge may be sent to the configured AI provider to produce an analysis or response. Clients should review their configuration before using AI and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Access and storage

Workspace permissions limit access to business data. Authorized platform support may access a workspace through audited support sessions. Integration credentials are stored encrypted. Records remain stored until removed through supported controls or an authorized deletion process; disconnecting an integration does not automatically erase its existing records. Security, audit or backup records may require separate handling, including where retention is required by law.

Your choices

Clients can manage integrations and available AI settings in the portal. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information. If a client business collected your information, contact that business as well so it can identify the relevant workspace and verify your request.
